Seaford Chamber of Commerce Holiday Market 

Vendor Application 

Sunday, November 15, 2026 – 10am to 4 pm 



Seaford Memorare Caterers, 2183A Jackson Ave, Seaford NY 

$125 per space (8 ft long)

Items must be displayed on tables IN FRONT of vendor

Clothing vendors requiring racks to display items must have a wall space (these are limited so please inquire early)

Electric spaces are limited, please inquire early

Vendor to supply all items needed for setup (table, chair, etc.)

Vendor spots will be sent out the day before the event

Setup will begin at 8 am the morning of the event

Refunds issued up to one month BEFORE the event, no refunds will be issued after October 15th unless the Chamber cancels due to unforeseen circumstances.
